What we collect

Students: name, mobile number, class and programme. School, region, email and a parent or guardian's contact are optional. Teachers: name, contact details, school, region, subjects and, optionally, GES staff number and rank, so we can verify you.

Why

To run your account, confirm your number, reset your password, show learning content for your class, and send messages about your account and payments.

Learners under 18

We collect as little as we can. Marketing messages are off for under-18 accounts, and we never show a learner's full name publicly.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share only what is needed with the services that deliver our SMS and email, and with our payment provider when you pay.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by contacting support. Payment records are kept for as long as the law requires.
